Step 1: Book Your Discovery - We’ll cover where you are, what you want, and what’s been getting in the way. If 12‑in‑12 isn’t a fit, no pressure, you’ll leave with 15 minutes of honest, actionable feedback you can use straight away.
Step 3: Implement - You begin following the plan and I coach you every step of the way. We adjust, celebrate wins, and remove roadblocks before they grow.
Step 4: Level Up - In 12 weeks, you’ll be at least 12 lbs down, you’ll fit into new clothes and you’ll have the confidence and habits to maintain these results long after the challenge ends.

Q: Is this program for men and women?
Absolutely! I partner with busy, on-the-go men and women looking to torch fat, stack muscle and build a bulletproof mindset, while still smashing it in their career.
Q: When does the challenge start?
Monday, 12th January. Onboarding begins the week prior.
Q: What's the time commitment?
A: 4 training sessions (45-60 mins each) plus 5-10 mins daily food tracking. Roughly 5-6 hours/week.
Q: Do I need a gym?
A: Not necessarily. We can work with home equipment or gym access.
Q: What's included in nutrition?
A: Personalised macro targets and flexible eating frameworks. No meal plans, no banned foods.
